The
Window on Work Values Profile (WoWV)
Produces a Values
profile based on respondents rating situations and work activities
they value. The feedback indicates which value types are fundamental
drivers of their behaviour. This provides a valuable ‘tool’
for considering organisational and team values, and for dealing
with the inevitable tension between individual and organisational
imperatives.
How it works:
- 64 questions
- 15 – 20 minutes to complete on-line
- Profile
- Good for a team wanting to establish a working charter,
struggling with expectations of the organisation and the
way it wants to work, or re-grouping after significant change.
