Linking Skills Profile (LSP)
The Linking Skills
Index is a multi survey instrument that assesses eleven activities
and behaviours that managers and others must exhibit to successfully
co-ordinate the work of a team. The results are expressed
as `satisfaction rates' which measure how satisfied the respondents
are with a particular linking skill.
How it works:
- 78 questions completed by self, team members and peers
