Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence
refers to the capacity to deal effectively with one's own
and others emotions. When applied to the workplace,
emotional intelligence is about effective and professional
management of emotions:
- understanding and expressing your own emotions
- understanding the emotions of others
- using emotions in the decision-making process
- managing emotions proactively
- controlling the emotional highs and lows.
How it works:
Option 1
- Self or 360 degree questionnaires. 64 questions.
- 15 – 20 minutes to complete
- Report provides information on the ways you typically
deal with emotions in the workplace and is development focused.
- The report findings are reviewed with an accredited mentor
/ coach and development opportunities identified.
- Can be used as part of a team development workshop.
Option 2
A four to six month coaching programme, designed to
focus
on specific development areas. The programme commences
and concludes with use of the 360 degree questionnaire.
Option 3
Workshop for an executive team keen to find ways of
working more effectively together. This could be a one-off
session or an ongoing programme tailored to the needs
of
the organisation.
Option 4
A one day introductory workshop for managers.
