Toolbox - communicating
effectively
Lines of Sight tools:
Temenos
BehaviourMinder™
Everyone knows that
the ability of people to communicate effectively is what makes
or breaks an organisation. Yet common practice often falls
short of common sense. The Temenos on-line BehaviourMinder™ provides some unique features regarding an
individual's effectiveness as a communicator:
- Feedback is one-on-one, not anonymous
- The feedback is relationship-specific, not generic averages
- Up to three different reports focus on observable behaviours
- The feedback is positive, forward-focused and practical.
How it works:
- A respondent rates the frequency with which 48 behaviours
are used in typical interactions
- The respondent also indicates behaviours they would like
you to change
- As the feedback recipient, you also rate the frequency
with which you think you use the behaviours in this relationship;
useful in identifying potential 'blind spots'
- 15 to 20 minutes to complete
- Best reviewed with an accredited coach.
