The Lines of Sight team offers mentoring and coaching for executives and senior managers. It also provides focused coaching for individuals keen to increase their professional and personal effectiveness.
Setting the Scene for Change
Mentoring and coaching provide an individual with the opportunity to work with a trusted 'guide.' The mentor / coach facilitates a process to help this person step back from all that is going on to assess:
- The effectiveness of their actions and behaviours
- Their interactions with others
- Their current and potential value to the organisation in which they work.
These reflections set the scene for exploring and testing new ways of working and being.
The Potential
The most significant legacies the mentor can leave the learner-explorer are the:
