Creating Capability
Creating Capability is one of the critical tasks of leadership. If teams are to realise their vision and deliver expected outcomes, the intentional leader will be asking, 'What can I do to bring out the best in my colleagues and those around me so the work we do together is engaging, successful and satisfying?' The experience of many of those responding to this question is that what is required, in the first instance is personal transformation.
